Siraj Raval is an evangelist and educator of Artificial Intelligence and it is his global mission to get the word out to everyone - through AI learning communities round the globe. This gave rise to what is today known as School of AI with the vision to make AI accessible to everyone, irrespective of where they belong to.

As a part of this initiative, Kochi is ready with a School of AI of its own. At the school of AI Kochi, we take you from the fundamentals of AI and proceed progressively towards the bigger picture that tomorrow's world requires. No matter at which stage of the progression you join in, our community is always beginner friendly thanks to the well compiled learning track to suit your convenience.

Our very first session had three talk sessions from noteworthy speakers (Mr. Kannan, Mr. Rajiv, Ms. Enfa) and concluded with an engaging quiz.
We begin our learning track from the absolute basics of AI (Python, Numpy) followed with a quiz to test the understanding of the participants.
We wind up the basics learning track of AI (pandas, matplotlib). Abhai Kollara, an NLP researcher, spoke a few words of encouragement to dive deeper. The mandatory quiz put to test the lessons shared.
We continue our learning track by exploring the concepts of artificial neuron followed by an exciting quiz.We also bgin the Machine Learning Track from FastAI.
Every developer was once a student. Yet learning never ends and so our community welcomes to engage both experts as well as beginners in AI. The will to work along and strive to excel is all that matters in the long run for the community to sustain and grow in 2019.
To put in a sentence, the hope of SoAI Kochi is to make Kochi dense with AI developers by 2020 and reach here, your active involvement plays a vital role.
